Only if Anchorette is unable to otain item. Delay in arrival of goods does not entitle buyer to any sort of refund no matter how long.

No refunds once item has been paid for

Refunds/Exchanges will only be accepted if buyer sends us a photo of the defects and contacts us within 1 week to settle the issue





Terms & Conditions

 

For preorder items, payment needs to be in before orders are sent in .Colours may not be exact due to lighting. Do note that we work on a "first pay first serve" basis so do pay quickly or stocks will run out. We do not reserve items in the event that customers may back out. Payment not made within 48hrs will be cancelled and buyer will be be unable to buy from us again. Missing your first meet up will result in automatically opting for post. Please refrain from asking us if your item has arrived or not ( Because 99.9% of the time, it has not ) We will let you know if it has. Proof of payment has to be provided.
